Our Mission
To help people reclaim dignity, stability, and purpose after incarceration.
Restoration as Our Calling – Isaiah 61
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor…
to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the imprisoned.”

Isaiah Foundation is led and run by people who have themselves been impacted by the justice system. Our work is shaped not by theory alone, but by firsthand knowledge of incarceration, release, and the long road back to stability.
We work at the moment when most systems step away—after bail, acquittal, or release. Our focus is not punishment or judgment, but what it takes to rebuild life once custody ends.
Economic stability is the foundation of reintegration. Our programs prioritise rapid access to legal income through zero-investment pathways, enabling people to earn from the earliest days after release.
Inspired by Isaiah 61, we understand captivity as more than prison walls. True freedom means release from stigma, economic precarity, and lives defined by accusation rather than possibility.

How We Understand Reintegration
Reintegration doesn’t fail because people don’t want change. It fails because the conditions for change don’t exist. Our work is shaped by four core convictions.
